Party, Clown!

Hello again!  Our design sister, Susan at BBTB2, picked a clown project for our next design challenge.  You could use the clown from Teddy Bear Parade cartridge or another clown from another cartridge.  What fun!!!  I found this image from Wrap it Up and I doodled the daylights out of it.  There is a card feature that I used and made the image just a little smaller to put on the card base.  The pompom was made from Flower Shoppe and I took out the center hole with my Gypsy.  The bow tie is from Paper Doll Dress up.  I put some crystal laquer on the clown's nose.  I think I will give this to my grand-daughter for her birthday.  She will be three years old soon.  All the grandchildren have birthdays within 1 week of each other.  That will surely keep us busy!!  tfl

Easter Bunny candy box

I made three of these little containers for candy for my grandchildren.  This is a box from the online Silhouette store.  This was very easy to put together.  I drew on the whiskers and put crystal laquer on the nose.  Happy Easter to everyone and God bless you!  tfl.

Howdy!

Hello or should I say "Howdy"??  I made this for one of my grandchildren who is having a birthday next month.  He just loves Toy Story!!  I found this idea on a blog and can't remember where it was.  I used Toy Story cartridge for Buzz and the howdy sentiment.  The horseshoe was welded with my gypsy to a shape from George.  tfl.  Happy Easter and God bless you.

Hip, Hip, Hooray!

The challenge over at BBTB2  is to use a card feature from one of the cartridges.  I used Art Philosophy because it is one of my favorites for card bases or just about any shape.  I use this cartridge alot! The hot air balloon is from Just Because Cards.  For some reason, I just love hot air balloons.  They just seem so relaxing and pretty.  I made this card for my Aunt's birthday and the inside sentiment is: miles above the rest which is on the Just Because cartridge, also.  tfl.

Welcome Baby!

Hello, we are having a bright sunny day although it is very chilly for this time of year.  I am so anxious for springtime and can't wait for it to be here!!  Any way so much for weather...I made this card for a friend of my son's who just had a baby.  The card base is from Art Philosophy, looks like a tag but actually opens like a card.  The rocking horse is from B is for Boy cartridge.  I really love this paper.  tfl.

Happy Easter!

Our challenge at BBTB2 is to use an egg in our projects.  Please stop over and check out the neat projects that our design team have created.  I made this card using George for the rectangular card base and welded the egg and chick with my Gypsy.  The egg and chick came from the Simply Charmed cartridge.  The label was made with Art Philosophy and the flowers from Flower Shoppe.  I think I will give this to my grand-daughter for Easter. Tfl and thanks for your kind comments!

Happy Birthday!

Hello, I have been playing with my toy.  I have seen others using the Silhouette Cameo and my husband was kind enough to give me one for my birthday.  I have been trying to learn how to use it.  This is a 3D card made for my son's birthday.  I added a shadow to the frame and the label is from Art Philosophy.  I have still so much to learn about the program and machine.  My Cricut is like second nature to me.  tf.

You make me Hoppy!

Our challenge this week at BBTB2 is to make a project with bunnies.  I decided to make an Easter basket with a bunny.  I used TBBM2 to make the basket.  The tulip came from bloom and there is one of these on the front and the back.  The egg is from Art Philosophy and there are some inside the basket.  The little bunny is from Simply Charmed.  I thought the basket needed some grass, which is from Zooballo.  I had to grab a bunch of cartridges for this one.  tfl

Puppy Love

Hello, I am still thinking of my puppy and how sick she was.  I can't seem to let her out of my sight, because of still being so worried about her.  With that in mind, I made this card for the vet and staff that took care of Sadie when she was so sick.  The card base is from Art Philosophy and the little doggie is from Four Legged Friends Cartridge along with the tag.  I did some embossing and that background behind the dog was from Elegant Edges.  tfl.

Good Luck!

Hello, I decided to use my Imagine for the next challenge at BBTB2.  The cartridge I used was from Imagine More Cards.  Using the Imagine makes card making so much faster, because all the papers match.  I like using my Imagine when I am not frustrated with it, lol... I sometimes have trouble with the alignment and the mat sticking or the machine accepting the mat.  I used the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches.  tfl.

I thank God for answers to prayer.  Our beloved doggie, Sadie was very sick today.  When we got up, she had a poop explosion.  We found out that she got into chocolate in my son's room.  She was in shock, she couldn't stand properly, and we were so concerned for her.  She was at the vet all day, getting IV fluids and meds.  We brought her home tonight and she is doing better.  She could have died and my heart hurts to even think about it.

Today belongs to You!

This card is made for my Mother in Law for her birthday.  She likes the color orange and this paper has orange flowers, sorta.  Anyway, I had to make some more flowers.  I used  Art Philosophy for the flowers and the label.  tfl.
