Sweet Dreams

 

I made this for my new grandbaby to give to their parents. Kaylee is such a sweet baby and adorable, of course.  She almost always has her little tongue sticking out, lol.  I got my inspiration for this frame from Donna Mundinger who made this in the past.  She has inspired me so much in making shape cards, she is an amazing card maker.  I only wish I had made the little girl with the teddy bear a little smaller.  Anyway, I used George for the stars, Create a Critter for the sentiment and cloud and A Child's Year for the silhouette.  tfl.

Happy Trails!

I made this card for my husband's birthday.  He likes to ride his bike in our campground.  Good exercise!!  I used a sketch over at Mojo Monday and pulled out my Campin' Critters cartridge.  This card is for inspiration only over at BBTB2.  The design team made projects with the theme of "summer fun".  Come on over and check out the awesome projects. tfl.

Hello, It has been such a busy week.  We had my husband's birthday and father's day last weekend.  This weekend, we had my husband's birthday party and it was also our anniversary yesterday.  I spent this week finishing up my new grandbaby's birth announcements.  I did get them done.  Yay!  This cute image I found on the Online Silhouette Store.  This paper is from My Mind's Eye.  It is one of the 5x6 paper pads.  tfl.

A Strawberry Treat.

For those of you that have the Preserves cartridge, this probably looks familiar.  This was the featured project on that cartridge.  I liked it so much, that I needed to try it.  I put some strawberry candy and Hersheys kisses that are strawberry flavored.  This was made for a challenge over at BBTB2.  Our design team leader is Stephanie and the challenge is summer foods.  Come join the fun!!

One of a Kind

I made this card for my husband for Father's Day.  I found this card shape on the Silhouette Online Store.  I love this shape card and had fun making it with my Cameo.  Hope the father's out there have a wonderful day.  My husband has to spend it working.  It is his birthday weekend also.  tfl.

It is almost time for Father's Day!!  I made this card using my Cameo and I found some plaid paper to make this shape card.  The sentiment is from the online store but the flower in the pocket is from the Art Philosophy cartridge.  tfl.

Hello, I pulled out my Imagine and the cartridge, Kate's Kitchen.  The papers and images on this cartridge are so pretty.  This was made for a challenge over at BBTB2 and the challenge is to make a project with a kitchen theme.  Shelly is our design leader for the week.  Check out the other projects over at the blog and please join us.  tfl.

Baby Kaylee

Hello, I have enjoyed having a couple days off.  I made this card for giving with the gift I gave for the new baby.  I went a little crazy at Kohl's buying little girl clothes.   I used the Baby Steps cartridge and made this a shape card.  I love this paper.  I tried to make a shadow for this card trying to cut the shape just a little larger than the original image.  tfl.

Cute as a Bug!

Hello, another challenge over at BBTB2.  Please come check out what fabulous cards and projects that my design sisters have made.  Susan is our leader for the challenge this week, and the challenge is to use a ladybug from any Cricut cartridge.  There are alot of ladybugs.  This image is from Boys will be Boys and the flowers are from Art Philosophy.  I just have to find some excuse to add flowers.

New Baby!!

Hello, It has been an exciting and busy weekend.  This is Kaylee Teresa and she was born on Friday.  She is my 4th grandchild and a little girl.  She weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and 19 inches.  We are so excited and it so nice for our son and daughter in law to have a boy and a girl, now.  We have two boys and two girls, grandbabies.  What a blessing to have a wonderful healthy little girl.  I have been watching her brother while Mom and Dad are busy with the new baby.  He won't let me out of his sight.  It is so surprising after having three boys that there are some girl genes in the family!!  lol.   tfl.
