Christmas Greetings

I seem to be having trouble with photographing my cards, lol.  How did I get this crooked again??  This is my last Christmas card that I made for this year.  I used a sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches.  This was done with the Imagine and Snow Angel Cartridge.  Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas.  Mine was absolutely awesome.  There is nothing more special than seeing Christmas through the eyes of a child.  The grandchildren were so much fun and their joy is so contagious!!

It is really hard to get a picture of the three of them!!  They are in constant motion!!  Aren't they beautiful!!

Gift Card Box

This was a make and take from Archiver's.  I had to dress it up a bit.  I really like making the boxes from TBBM2 instead.  It is really neat to use the scorer for the boxes.  It makes it so much easier.  When you want to use the scorer, you just push "load mat" again without taking out the paper.  The tag was made with Quilted Christmas cartridge.  tfl.

There's snowone quite like you.

I had so much fun making this cute little box.  The cartridge I used to make the box is TBBM 2.  I just love this paper.  It is two sided.  The snowman is from Winter frolic and the snowflakes are from Accent Essentials.  tfl.

Merry Christmas

I honestly can't remember where I got the card base.  I made this a little while ago and am just getting around to posting the cards.  I didn't make any repeats, this year.  I just didn't feel like mass producing.  I had alot of issues with the post office, this year.  I feel really bad about sending cards that the post office wanted extra postage on.  They are A2 size cards and I am soooo upset about the post office.  They wanted 2 dollars postage on them.  They weren't heavy or anything.  My Mom suggested that I don't pop them, but what would be the joy in that???  I think our cards are special because they are different than store bought cards.  I never had any trouble sending any of my other cards all year long.  It kinda takes the joy out of it.  tfl

Happy Winter

Hello,  We have winter weather this morning.  So glad we didn't get as much snow as they predicted!!!  Just a dusting of snow and windy.  These snowflakes are from Art Philosophy.  I used my cuttlebug and the sentiment is from Kimberly at My Craft Spot.  I saw this card and scraplifted it.  tfl.

A Very Merry Christmas!

This card is from Quilted Christmas and Winter Frolic for the sentiment.  This card was very easy to put together.  Simple!!  tfl.

Merry Christmas, stocking!

This is a sketch.  I enjoy using sketches, so I can lay out the card in a new way!!!  Thanks to Mojo Monday and Tuesday morning sketches, who inspire me.  I thought this stocking was really cute and had to try it.  I embossed with my Cuttlebug, using the snowflakes again.  You will see this alot, because it is my only Christmas embossing plate, lol.  tfl.

Christmas Greetings

I enjoyed making this little nativity scene.  The stable is made from Paper Doll Dress up and the label from Art Philosophy.  The baby Jesus and star are from Winter Frolic Cartridge.  I cut the stable twice out of different papers to put the contrasting beams.  tfl and Merry Christmas!

Just Chillin"

I used my Imagine to create this card.  The cartridge I used was Enjoy the Seasons.  I got my Cuttlebug out and embossed with the snowflakes.  Also used was the Art Philosophy cartidge. tfl.

Quilted Christmas

I used the Quilted Christmas cartridge for this card.  Alot of my cards, this Christmas were made using this cartridge.  It has sooo many beautiful images.  tfl

Be Merry!

I just love this cute little doggie from Create a Critter 2.  I used all the images on the card from this cartridge.  I just got it and love it.  I gave this card to my veterinarian who loves crafty things.  Sorry the photo turned out lopsided.  tfl

Open if you Dare!

I made this treat box for my boss at work and I am going to put mint m&m's in it.  This box was made with the Artiste Cartridge.  I used Ribbons and Rosettes for the Rosette and also used the border for the spider web around the edge.  I had to use the cute spider from Create a Critter2 and George for the tag.  It was fun using my two latest cartridges.  I entered this project at bbtb2: http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/   tfl.

BEWARE!

This card took a little longer to create.  I used my Gypsy to create this.  It is basically some rectanges attached to the letters.  The letters are welded together.  I used mini monster for the skeleton and the spiders are from Paper Doll Dress Up.  Hard to see, but the paper from behind shows through the front between the BEWARE letters.  The inside says:  Creepy by just to say hi.  This was entered at "My Craft Spot" and "My Sheri Crafts." tfl.

I love you!

I made this card for my husband for Sweetest Day.  This is made from the Artiste cartridge.  I also used Art Philosophy for the flower.  tfl.

Happy Haunting, ladybug

My husband got the Create a Critter 2 cartridge for Sweetest Day.  Isn't he "sweet".  I had been looking at this cartridge and wanting it.  I just love this ladybug and am going to give it to my grand daughter for Halloween.  This was a very simple card to make.  tfl.

Spooky

This little monster was made for my son.  I used Mini Monsters and put a wobble on the vampire.  tfl.

You're under my Spell

I saw this idea on Splitcoast stampers and loved it.  I used my Martha Stewart punch and stamped around the page.  The little girl is from Paperdoll Dress Up, the label from Art Philosophy and the little flowers are from Paisley.  I just love these little paper dolls.  She is supposed to be a little ballerina, and the face is from Peachy Keen.  tfl.

Itsy Bitsy Spider

A card for work....  I just love this paper.  This is a spider and saying from Mini Monsters.  This is a slider card and the spider spins.  I designed it with my Gypsy.  On the inside it says EEK!  tfl.

Too cute to Spook

I am trying to be more creative in trying different card shapes instead of the square type that I usually like.  I was really excited to be making some Halloween Cards for two ladies at work.  This was made with Everyday paperdolls and the label with Art Philosophy.  The green goo is made with a Martha Stewart punch.  The spiders are from Doodlecharms.  tfl.

BEWARE!

I wanted to try another type of card and so I made a shadow box card.  I used several cartridges for this card:  Doodlecharms for the spider, October 31 for the tree, spider web and beware, and Paper Doll Dress Up for the bats.  I used my gypsy to cut the shape in the card from Art Philosophy.  This card was made for a challenge at BBTB2:  http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/   The card looks better in person, as you can see the 3D effect better. tfl.

Best Friends

Hello,  we are trying to stay warm this weekend.  My husband and I went to the camper for the afternoon and came back because we were cold.  Campers can be drafty and don't stay warm like a house does.  Not too many weeks left of the season, to camp.  I made this card with my Imagine and the sketch from Mojo Monday for her birthday.  I used the Better Together cartridge.  tfl

Have a screaming good time

I made this card for a challenge at bbtb2:  http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/.  The challenge was to use blue and a card for a boy.  I have been trying to think of ideas for Halloween cards for my grandchildren.  I loved this little haunted house from Mini Monsters cartridge.  The stars, moon and bat are from Paper Doll Dress Up.  I thought it would be fun to make a pedestal card.  tfl.

Two of my Grandbabies!

I have been working on some scrapbooks for my grandchildren, this week.  The first one is of Jacob on his 2nd birthday.  I used Pooh and friends for the frame, Boys will be boys for the car and saying and for the two  border at the bottom was from Graphically speaking.  His party was at Chuckie Cheese's.  The second page is for Olivia's book and I used Kate's abc's.  Her Mom is an awesome photographer and took this really special picture of Olivia smelling a flower.  Actually, no flower is safe from being picked, as I found out this year, in my front yard.  Hard to be upset when she is so adorable and brings it to you, lol.  tfl.

A Little Batty

This card is for another challenge at BBTB2:  http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/ .
I thought I would make one of the flying critters a bat, for a Halloween card for one of my grandchildren.  The little bat was so fun to make and I found him on the cartridge: Campin' Critters.  The card base was also from the same cartridge.  The saying I found on the Mini Monsters Cartridge.  I made an action wobble for the bat, so he is more interactive.  tfl.

Thinking of You

I made this card for a friend who lost her aunt in a really bad car accident.  I used Art Philosophy for the flower and Home Accents for the flourish.  I have been doing some scrapbooking of my Grandchildren.  What wonderful inspiration, those little ones are!!  tfl.

Happy bird-day!

I just got the Wild Card 2 cartridge and made this shape card for the bbtb2 challenge:  http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/  I used my Imagine and used the papers from the Bubblegum stripes cartridge.  I wanted to use some bright colors.  Wild Card 2 cartridge has envies to match.  I used George to make the tag and the saying is from The Pink Stamper.  I got carried away with the doodling!!  tfl

Forever

I made this card for a challenge for My Sheri Crafts.  The challenge was to make a white on white card.  I needed to make a wedding card and what better for a white on white card.  This was really a tough card to photograph!!!  Hope this comes out okay.  I used my new cartridge CTMH artiste (what an awesome cartridge)and wedding cartridge.  My cuttlebug came in handy for this card.

Way to go!!

I made this card for the challenge over at:  http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/
The challenge was "Back to School".  I can't believe my grandson is old enough to start school.  He started kindergarten this year, soI made this for him.  The cartridge I used was Preserves.  I made an apple just a little larger for the shadow card base.  I also used George for the tag.  Inside I used a phrase from Boys will be Boys, which was "Wise Guy".  I really liked Julie's shape card and wanted to make one also.  Thanks for the inspiration and thanks for looking!!

Happy Camper

I have had a wonderful day in my craft room.  I finally got to sit down and do the challenge at
http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/ .  The theme was vacation and we spent half of our vacation at our camper and that was the most relaxing part.  I used the Campin' Critters cartridge.  tfl.

Hang in There

As you can see, I have been going all crazy with my Imagine.  I can't stop using it, since it has been fixed.  I found the Wild Card 2 cartridge on sale at Michael's and since I am obsessed, I had to get it, lol.  The paper was from  Enjoy the Seasons.  tfl

Super Tweet

I used my Imagine again with this card.  The papers are from Lori's Garden, again.  The little bird house is from Cindy Lou.  The flowers are from Flower Shoppe.  Another scraplift!!!  tfl.

Vintage Flowers

I am soooo excited, I figured out what was causing my Imagine to malfunction!!!  It was a bad print cartridge.  I am so glad there was nothing wrong with the machine.  I will admit to scraplifting this from one of the Cricut magazines.  I used my imagine and used the papers from the Lori's garden cartridge.  I also used art philosophythe butterflies and flowers and Cindy Lou for the background piece.  tfl.

A HUGE thanks

I made this card for the challenge at BBTB2:  http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/.  I used the elephant from Everyday Popup cards.  This paper is from Bubblegum Stripes, a pattern cartridge from the Imagine.  I wanted to use some bright paper.

It is absolutely gorgeous here, today!!!  It is sooo motivating.  I even went out and mowed the grass.  It is starting to grow, now.  We have 70's here in Illinois and it feels so good.  We have had more 100's this summer, than I can ever remember.  Hope everyone has a good weekend and that it is nice where you are, too.  tfl.

Thank you very much!

Well, this is the card I made with my Imagine, before it decided to stop working.  It won't recognize my print cartridges.  Grrrrrr!  I used Kate's kitchen cartridge for this card.  There is some glitter and crystal laquer used on the card.  One of my friends gave me some tomatoes from my garden.  I appreciated it so much, as while we were on vacation, my garden dried up.  It has been soooo hot here!!!  tfl.

Life's Adventures

This card was made for a challenge for: http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/
I tried to use my Imagine to use the papers, but it won't work for me.  What frustration with the thing.  I love the concept of the machine and it has been a good machine, up to lately.  I guess I will be calling Provocraft, again.  I used the cartridge: Everyday Popup Cards.  tfl.

Vacation at the Smokey Mountains

We just got back from the Smokey Mountains and vacation about a week ago.  I have been trying to catch up on everything else this week.  We had a wonderful time and enjoyed spending time with two of our boys, daughter in law and grandson.  We rented a pretty house in the mountains.  We woke up to beautiful sunrises and went to bed with beautiful sunsets.  I think we all decided we would like to live there.  We took quite a few hikes and saw some beautiful waterfalls.  I usually brought up the rear.  I was out of shape from the previous winter and my struggles, but I got there eventually.  We saw some bears, also.  The week after we came back, we spent at our camper and got lots of rest.  I got to get some reading done, which I love, also.  During our trip to the Smokies, we took one day to go to North Carolina to see my parents.  This is a picture of them.  They are enjoying their retirement, there.  Hope to be doing some crafting, soon.

All Star Dancer

Hello, another card for one of the ladies at work.  This is for her niece who loves ballet.  The ladies at work keep me busy, for which I am thankful.  Any excuse to go into my craftroom and escape.  I used Paperdoll Dress Up and for the labels, I used Twinkle Toes.  This is a pedestal card.  When I use the paperdoll carts, I feel like I am a kid again.  I absolutely loved playing paperdolls as a kid, one of my favorite things to do.  Certainly more girly that some of the other things I used to do, like climbing trees and playing cars in the dirt, lol.  tfl.

To a very special daughter, on her birthday

This card was made using a Great Impressions stamp.  I love these little girls on these stamps.  You can definitely tell that this is not made for anyone in my family, I only have boys, lol.  A friend at work asked me to make this card for her daughter.  It was so much fun.  I used Elegant Edges for the frame and put several flowers on it, from Art Philosophy.  tfl.

Fashionista

This card was made from Forever Young cartridge.  I used my Martha Stewart punch and Art philosophy for the flowers and leaves.  I entered this card at http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/  Pretty simple card.

Have a bright sunshiney day!

This is an imagine card from the cartridge: Kate's Kitchen.  I have been working with my Imagine this week, trying to get it to work.  I had to call Provocraft and they were so nice with their help.  I had to reformat the machine.  I am hoping it is up and running and will not give me any further problems.  I had to go through the reformat process at least three times.  Ugh, so time consuming.  Any way here is my card.  This is entered at:  http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/  tfl

Gifts from God Above

I used my Imagine to make this little christening card for twin boys.  The cartridge I used was Nursery Tails.  Another card made for the one of the ladies at work.   tfl.

Twinkle Toes

I used the Twinkle Toes cartridge to make this little girl birthday card.  The card base is made using one of the card features of the Art Philosophy cartridge.  The ladies at work kept me busy last week, making some cards for them.  I just love making special cards for them.  I am so honored that they ask me!!  tfl.

For the happy couple

This is a card for a bridal shower.  One of my lady friends at work asked me to make this.  I used the cartridge, Everyday Popup Cards.  This has alot of wonderful phrases.  The flower was made with the Art Philosophy cartridge.  This was a Mojo Monday card sketch.  tfl.

Welcome baby!

A lady that I work for just had a new grandbaby.  It's a girl!!!  I just had to make this little card for her.  This was made with George, for the tag and New Arrival for the bassinet.  It is a shape card and was welded with my gypsy.  How fun to make a baby card, again!!  tfl.
