April Showers bring May Flowers!

It is time for another challenge over at BBTB2.  This is my favorite of year and the spring type of projects.  I love that everything is coming back to life and all the beauty of the flowers and the trees being so green.  Our talented design sister, Sharon is giving a challenge this week to make a card or project with a theme of showers.  My card is made with the Art Philosophy cartridge and Kate's ABC's cartridge.  Come and join us!!  tfl.

I thought I would make some flowers and make the vase from the Silhouette Online Store.  It is taking so long for spring to come that I thought that I would put these on my kitchen table to cheer things up a bit.  I am entering them in the challenge over at My Craft Spot.  Tfl.

Happy, Happy!

I thought I would post this quick little birthday card, today.  This was made using the Birthday Bash cartridge.  Hope you are all doing well.  It was a little disappointing to see the snow, yesterday.  Thank goodness most of it has disappeared by today.  It just made the drive to work a little interesting.  Yuk.  tfl.

Hello, come join the challenge over at BBTB2 and the fun of creating a card or project with flowers.  I am so glad that Pam has chosen flowers as this is one of my favorite things to make.  This card stock had this beautiful flower already printed on it and so decided to work around it.  I make little 8x8 inch scrapbooks for my grandbabies for their first year highlights and give them to Mom and Dad when they turn 1 year old.  This is one of the pages.  Isn't she beautiful!!  I made the flower using the Flower Shoppe cartridge and the overlay is made with my Silhouette Cameo.  tfl.

Happy Birthday

I found this idea over at  I used my gypsy to create this accordian card and some awesome paper.  I welded the squares together to make the accordian.  I used the George cartridge, A Child's Year and my trusty Art Philosophy.    This card was for a birthday at work.

It's your Bird-day!

Hello, it is time for another challenge over at BBTB2.  Our challenge this week is from our talented design sister, Michelle.  She has challenged us to use a musical note in our card or project.  I thought of a bird singing, because it is closer to spring time and I have been hearing the birds singing in the morning when I leave for work.  I love the sound of the birds singing.  I made my card using my Art Philosophy cartridge and Create a Critter cartridge.  Come and join the fun and enter your card or project.  tfl.

Welcome Baby!

Hello, another card made for my friend who is having the baby shower for her daughter, this weekend.  She asked me to make it for her to give to her daughter.   Her daughter's theme is animals for her baby's nursery, so I chose to make a Noah's Ark card.  These images are from the Silhouette Online Store.    tfl.

What's Poppin?

I had an eventful morning already.  We had another snowstorm this morning.  We got about 4-5 inches.  All the roads turned to ice.  It was horrible trying to get to work and it took a long time to get there.  I am glad to be done with work for the day and the trip home was much better.  The trees were beautiful with the snow coating the branches.  Most of us aren't seeing the beauty in the snow anymore, lol.  Anyway, this card is for a baby shower that I am going to this weekend for a friend of mine's daughter.  I got these images from the Silhouette Online Store.  tfl.

Sweet Baby!

We have a fun challenge over at BBTB2 hosted by our talented designer, Mayra.  We get to pick our favorite cartridge and make a card or project with it.  It feels like a crafty vacation.  I use Art Philosophy all the time and I love the images on Kate's ABC's, so they were my choices.  I couldn't just do one cartridge, lol.  I have a couple baby showers coming up so I made my card all about baby.  Come and join us for the fun and see what my talented design sisters have come up with.  tfl.
