Something to Crow About

 

Another card for a BBTB2 challenge.  We are to use a crow in our project.  I am not sure I am that thrilled with this one??  The crow is from Mini Monsters and the title is from Just Because cards.  Easy peasy.

  We have had some beautiful fall days, I love having my windows open and taking walks outside.  Tfl.

A Little Pickup!

Hello, it is another really hot and humid day, here.  I can't believe I am saying this, but I am tired of the heat.  I am definitely ready for some cooler weather.  We have had a very hot summer.

Anyway this is a simple card that I made using the Just Because Cards cartridge.  I put some flowers in the back of the truck.  Hopefully this would cheer someone up.  This card was entered over at Cardztv.  Tfl.

Apple of My Eye

Well, it is almost apple season or will soon be, so I chose using an apple on your project over at BBTB2.  I am in charge of picking the challenge this week.  Can't you just taste that wonderful apple??  There are alot of apples to choose from and I can't wait to see what you come up with.  I got this cute image from the Kate's ABC's cartridge, one of my favorites.  The sentiment is from the Just Because cartridge.  You should go check out what my amazing design sisters have come up with!! tfl.

One Smart Cookie!

It is time for our challenge over at BBTB2 and our challenge was to use a cookie in our card or project.  I pondered this for a while, not sure what to do.  Then cookie monster popped into my head, lol.  I had some cute pictures of my grandchildren on their first day of school and so here it is.  Melanie is the one in charge of our challenge at BBTB2.  I can't wait to see what you come up with!! The cartridges used here were Sesame Street, Family Album and Just Because cards.  tfl.

You Are My Sunshine!

Hello again, it is time for another challenge over at BBTB2 and Susan is our amazingly talented designer with the challenge of using a watermelon in our card or project.  This is such a perfect time of year to enjoy a juicy watermelon and get good and sticky, lol.  I got some inspiration over at Pinterest for my card.  I used my Silhouette to print out my little girl and the watermelon and sentiment tag came from the Just Because Cards cartridge.  I would love to see your project linked up with us.  Come and join the fun!!  tfl.

Dog Gone Good!

Hello, It has been a warm week here and I have enjoyed getting outside and getting my garden ready.  I only have a very small garden but the weeds certainly found it!!  I made this card for a friend whose daughter had a birthday.  She loves her Pit Bulls.  tfl.

A little bird told me!

 

Hi,  I enjoyed playing with this card shape.  This is the first swing card that I have made.  The shape was cut from my Silhouette Cameo.  All other cuts came from my Cricut, Birthday Bash and the sentiment from Just Because Cards cartridges.  The paper is My Mind's Eye.  Our design leader over at BBTB2 is our fabulous Melanie, with the challenge "Summer heat is for the Birds".  Please come join us in the fun!!  Check out what the other ladies have made!  tfl.







Hip, Hip, Hooray!

The challenge over at BBTB2  is to use a card feature from one of the cartridges.  I used Art Philosophy because it is one of my favorites for card bases or just about any shape.  I use this cartridge alot! The hot air balloon is from Just Because Cards.  For some reason, I just love hot air balloons.  They just seem so relaxing and pretty.  I made this card for my Aunt's birthday and the inside sentiment is: miles above the rest which is on the Just Because cartridge, also.  tfl.
