You bowl me over!
I made this card for my husband. In the past he has really enjoyed bowling. He had to give it up for playing baseball, lol. I got this image from the Silhouette Online Store. Last weekend we had to go to southern Illinois for my husband's, Dad's funeral. It was a shock. I hate travelling in the winter, it makes me so anxious. We had a good trip down on Saturday afternoon. It is about a 6 hour drive. We had a nightmare drive back. I was praying soooo hard. We had white out conditions. Lots of cars and trucks in the ditches. I am sure I was driving my son crazy with my "little" freak out. It took us 12 hours to get home. I had a one hour "nap" and then had to go to work. So glad God answered our prayers and got home safely! Hope everyone else is surviving the weather okay. This has certainly been a bad winter. tfl.

Hello, it is time for another challenge over at BBTB2. This is such a nice time of year to disappear into the craft room. Our dear design sister, Emily has chosen the theme for this week. It is to make a get well card. This is such a wonderful choice because there always seems to be something going around this time of year. I used Wild Card 2 to make my card and added alot of stickles. Come and link up with us and join the fun. tfl.

Happy 25th Birthday!
Hello, I am excited to be the designer for the challenge this week over at BBTB2. My son's 25th birthday is coming up soon, so I thought it would be fun to make some birthday cards, this week. We have been making holiday cards for quite a while now and I don't know about you but I am a little burned out from doing everything having to do with the holidays. I used my Gypsy to weld these images to a shape from George. I had so much fun creating this card. My son, Kenton loves soccer and decided to make his card with that theme. Come and join the fun over at BBTB2 and link up with us. Here is another view of the card. tfl.

The Big Day!
Hello, hope everyone is surviving the cold, snowy weather. Wow, I have had some really adventurous days trying to get to work. I think I would rather go sky diving, lol. Today, I stopped by Archivers. Did you hear that they are closing for good. This is one of my favorite craft stores and I am really sad!! I got some good paper deals, tho. This card comes from the Silhouette Cameo and the Online store. tfl.

Today belongs to You!
Today our dear design sister, Brenda has the challenge of the week over at BBTB2. We are to craft our favorite hobby. My favorite hobby is paper crafting, especially card making. I sometimes scrap my cute little grandbabies. Otherwise I do love to read, so I made my card to show this. This card uses Kate's Abc's, Art Philosophy and Artiste. The sketch is from Mojo Monday blogspot. My whole time lately is taken up with clearing snow from the driveway. Yuk, I am so done with it. I am ready to move to the southern states!!! Hope everyone had a good new year. tfl.

Always & Forever
Hi, we just can't get the snowing out of our system here. I sure wish it would stop. Seriously, I think I live in the wrong part of the country. Anyway, this is a card made for my oldest son and his wife for their anniversary. I used my Silhouette Cameo and the Sweet hearts cartridge from the cricut to make the cute couple. This kinda looks like a valentine, doesn't it. This was a card shape from the online store. I entered this card over at the Silhouette Challenge Blog, come check it out. tfl.
