May the Force be with You!

Yesterday was one of my grandson's birthday. My grandson loves Star Wars.  I made this box using my Silhouette Cameo for the box card.  All the images came with the box except for Luke Skywalker.  I made him using my Cricut and the Paper Doll Dress up cartridge.  The cameo made this box so easy.  My previous box cards were made by hand and I love how easy this was.  tfl.

Celebrate

Hello again, it is time for another weekly challenge over at BBTB2.  Diana is our talented design sister, this week and her challenge is to use a birthday cake in your card or project.  We are celebrating Diana's Mom's birthday.  I used one of my Martha Stewart stamp around the page punches, the Home Decor Cartridge and my trusty Art Philosophy cartridge.  I used the sketch from the Mojo Monday sketch challenge.  Come join the fun and link up your project with us!!  tfl.

Super Tweet!

Hello, it is my turn to pick the challenge over at BBTB2,  It is springtime and I have enjoyed hearing the birds every morning and they are so happy.  The theme is birds of a feather and to make a card or project with a bird in it.  I think I might use this for a mother's day card.  The cartridges that I used are Art Philosophy and Create a Critter 2.  Please come and join us.  I can't wait to see what you come up with.  Check out the other ladies and their awesome projects.  tfl.

It Stinks!

Hello, hope everyone is having a good day.  We got almost 2 inches of snow on Monday.  What a shock to wake up to that in the morning.  The good thing is that it is all melted now.  I loved this skunk image from the Silhouette Online Store.  We had to change the router to our internet and I am bummed that my laptop doesn't like it and isn't connecting to the internet.  I use the laptop to download the Silhouette images.   My son tried to fix it with no luck.  Hope we can figure it out soon.  tfl.

Easter Bunnies

Hello, It is feeling more like spring, Yay!!!  I found this idea over at Pinterest and I forgot who had this awesome idea.  I used the George cartridge for the shapes.  There is a heart, 4 circles and 4 oblong circles and some doodling.  I used my gypsy to weld two hearts together to get the card shape.  Come and join the challenge over at BBTB2.  This is such a fun time a year to create spring time projects.  Brenda is our talented design sister with the challenge of making an Easter project.   Look at all the awesomeness of the other projects!!  tfl.

Easter Cards for Grandkids

These are some simple cards using my Cricut and Art Philosophy and the Cameo for the cute printed images.  The card base is from the Art Philosophy Cartridge and I printed the images a couple times and popped it.  Can't have a flat image, lol.  tfl.  I decided to enter it over at My Craft Spot.

Butterfly Kisses

This is another tent card from the Silhouette Online Store.  I love this butterfly paper and thought it would work nice with this card type.  This was entered over at the Silhouette Challenge Blog.  The challenge is to use faux stitching on your card.  I used the cameo to make the stitching on the scalloped border and my own stitching on the Butterfly Kisses label.  tfl.

Life is Good!

Hello it is time for another challenge over at BBTB2.  Susan is our amazingly talented design sister this week.  I chose an image from baby steps and decided to do a slider card.  The little bunny moves sideways.  I used a tree from Create a Critter cartridge.  I had alot of this paper left over from a project, so I know it probably looks familiar.  I haven't been able to craft this week.  Hubby and I are recuperating from the stomach flu.  I don't need to tell you how nasty that was.  Hope everyone else is doing well.  tfl.

To Cheer You!

Hello, it is a rainy day here and not very motivating.  Well hopefully, the April Showers will make May flowers.  I made this card for a friend whose Mom is very ill.  This is an easel card and made using Art Philosophy for the base.  The flower is from the Silhouette Online Store.  Hope you have a blessed and cheery day!  tfl.
