Yappy Birthday!
I made this card for our triage nurse at work. She had a birthday on July 4th, so I made a festive card for her. She loves doggies and thought she may enjoy this. I found this idea over at Obsessed with Scrapbooking. Joy did such a fabulous job on her card and I shamelessly scraplifted it. I made this for a challenge over at BBTB2. Sharon, our talented design sister has our challenge for the week and it is "dog days of summer". You can use a dog in your card or project. I welded the dog house together to make a shape card and also welded the doggie to the hat to make a shadow. The patriotic hat is from Create a Critter 2. Come and join the fun!! tfl.

OMGosh Caroline, this is just the cutest patriotic birthday card!! I love the dog's hat and loved that you made it a shaped card. I think you got lots of inspiration from Joy as your card looks totally different from her's. And to tell you the truth I love yours better. I bet your nurse friend loved this card. Hugs, Brenda
