Celebrate!

It is margarita time over at BBTB2.  Kelly has chosen our challenge for this week with a Fiesta theme.  I decided to make a birthday card using a pinata from the Create a Critter 2 cartridge and a card base from the Birthday Bash cartridge.  Come and join the fun.  tfl.
