Welcome Baby!

This card is for a challenge over at BBTB2.  Our amazing and talented Jaren, is our designer this week.  She has challenged us to do a project or layout with a baby theme.  It is always fun to create a baby project.  I made this shape card using Art Philosophy.  Come and join the fun!!!  tfl.
