Anna Griffin Poinsettia Card

Another one of my Christmas cards for this year.  Don't you just love that you can use any of the Anna griffin images with Cricut Access.  Of course this is an Anna Griffin image.  Easy peasy.  I used one of my embossing folders for the paper on the label.

We had a wonderful Christmas, with all of our sons and families here.  We had Christmas brunch and lots of fun.  Isn't it amazing having children around bringing the joy of Christmas.  I hope everyone had a blessed and happy Christmas.  Tfl.

Miss Kate Wreath

This wreath has so many intricate details.  What a beautiful image.  It is from Miss Kate Cuttables.  I made it fit on a 5 inch card, but it would be easier to cut larger.  The label is from Elegant Edges.  Tfl.

Fabulous Flip, Snowflake

You need to use double sided paper with this flip card.  I used some aqua and silver sparkle paper.  You have to have sparkle on Christmas cards, right!  I have used this snowflake on several of my cards, this year.  Tfl.

Pink and Gold Holiday

This is a card made for a challenge over at BBTB2 for the "pink and gold holiday" challenge.  It was fun to challenge the creativity to use a non-traditional color.  I used a sketch from Poetic Artistry challenge blog.  The ornament is from Anna Griffin, Winter Wonderland cartridge.  All of the gold accents make this card shiney and festive.  Come and join us.  Tfl.

Ornament card

I found the idea for this card on Pinterest. Don't you just love Pinterest for getting ideas!!  The ornament and the holly are from Teresa Collins, the tag from The First Few Years.  I cut the ornament twice to give it more depth and also pop dotted it.  I have had the papers awhile.  I am getting in the Christmas spirit.  We attended 2 concerts of our grandson recently.  He plays the tuba.  Tfl.

Grateful Heart

This layout was made for a challenge over at BBTB2, which the theme is food.  Besides being thankful for everything that God has given us, and done for us, we get together and have some delicious food.  This layout was created using the turkey from the Create a Critter cartridge, the pie from the Thanksgiving cartridge and the border was made using a border from Ribbons and Rosettes.  This paper pad had some really nice cut aparts that I used, also.  I hope everyone has a happy and blessed Thanksgiving.  It really is one of my favorite holidays.  Tfl.

Give Thanks

I went to the library on Monday to do this chalkboard project.   It was so much fun to do this crafting project with some friends.  We all had a different take on it.  I decided to add the vinyl lettering using my Cricut.  It is much better than my writing this in chalk. The wording is from the Family Album cartridge.  Tfl.

Happy Anniversary!

I love the bouquet from the Photo Booth Props.  My son and his wife just recently had an anniversary and so this challenge fit right in for what I wanted to do.  This was a card done for a challenge over at BBTB2.

I have been struggling with my crafting.  My less than a year old laptop decided to have hard drive issues.  I am so lucky that my son is able to fix it.  Yay!  In the meantime, I am trying to work with my husband's laptop and it is not going well.  Hopefully I will get mine back soon!  Tfl.

Happy Haunting

I saw a cute card on Pinterest that used Anna Griffin images.  I didn't have the same ones so decided to find some from the Cricut Design Space.  The pumpkins were welded together to become the overlay.  The bats and pumpkins are from the Creepy Critters cartridge.  The sentiment (from Happy Hauntings cartridge) was sliced out of a Lacey Label cartridge cut that was stretched a bit.  Tfl.

Can I Have Smore?

This is a card that I made for my husband's birthday.  He is the master of the campfire, so we can make smore's.  This moose had a fish but I remade it, putting some marshmallows on the stick.  I was inspired by a card on Pinterest.  I welded the grass to fit into the circular shape.  The moose and the title is from Campin' Critters.  This card was made from a challenge over at BBTB2.  Tfl.

Adventure Starts Here!

I have been working on an album to put my pictures in from when we visited my parents in North Carolina.  Most of my family was there and we did some hiking while we were there.  For the album, I used Miss Kate Cuttables for the image on the front, a punch and the banner was on some of the paper.  I always use My Sister's Scrapper for how to make my album.  She makes some gorgeous albums!

This album was made for a challenge over at BBTB2.  We are to use our Cricut to make "anything but a card".  Tfl.

Another Father's Day Card

This is another Father's Day card.  This is the card that I gave to my husband.  We had three boys and what little boy doesn't like riding on Dad's shoulders.  In fact my grand daughter was enjoying a ride on her Dad's shoulders during our recent hike.  This card can be found in the "Make it Now" section of the Cricut Design Space.  Tfl.

You're a Classic

Hello, it is a bright, warm, sunshiny day.  I have sweated it out doing the yard work.  It always looks nice after it is freshly done.

I made this card for my uncle, who is having a birthday.  I used Wrap it Up for the vintage car, Label This for the printable label, Turn of Phrase for the sentiment, and Patriotic Icons for the star.  The sentiment, I decided to do several layers instead of gluing on all those letters.  Much easier!

Happy Crafting!  Tfl.

Sweet Music Layout

Hello again, we are having another challenge over at BBTB2.  I tried to get my mojo together and come up with this layout about music.  Last fall, my husband and I went to see these two amazing concerts.  They were "For King and Country" and "Francesca Battistelli".  They are both Christian artists.  They are definitely worth going to see!  Wonderful Music!

My layout used CTMH Artbooking for the Lacey background, Rock Princess for the guitar and guitar girl, Quarter Note for the title, and  Family Album for the notes.  Good thing I have Cricut access.  This layout took quite a few cartridges.  Come on over and join the fun!  Tfl.

Have a Purrfect Birthday!

Hello, we had such a gorgeous weekend here, this last weekend.  We spent it at our camper and did some bird watching.  We saw some Baltimore Orioles , a Hummingbird, as well as the other birds that frequent the area.  We wanted to spend all our time outside.

Anyhow, back to the card.  I used Four Legged Friends for the kitty cat, Ribbons and Rosettes, and Anna Griffin for the background label.  The sentiment is computer generated.  A friend of mine wanted a card for her daughter's birthday.  Tfl.

I have been having a lot of fun working on some Easter cards.  It definitely makes me anxious for spring.  I have been out on several walks with my little doggie, Sophie.  It is one of my favorite things to do.  She is my little buddy.

This card was made for a challenge hosted by Maureen over at BBTB2.  The theme is Easter, anything goes.  My card was made using an image from Miss Kate Cuttables.  I used the center step card which I cut with my Silhouette.  What I would really like, if Cricut would come up with a cartridge that has the special card cuts.  Anyway, come on over and join the fun.  Tfl
