Christmas Gift Boxes

These boxes are on the home page of the Cricut Design Space.  I needed something special to put some cash and treats for the grandkids.  They are getting old enough that they want cash for something they are saving up for.  I am sharing this on BBTB2.  I am wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and safe New Year and that everyone stays healthy.  Tfl.

Anna Griffin Christmas Card

This is another Christmas card for this year.  I used Anna Griffin Winter Wonderland for the image and followed a sketch from Mojo Monday.  I maneuvered it a little and made it my own, to make it work the way I wanted.  I am enjoying some doggie snuggles, while I am writing this post.  It makes it really hard to be motivited!  Tfl.

I love this pretty snowflake from Ann Griffin, Winter Wonderland.  Her images are so intricate and beautiful.  I used shiny paper on the snowflake.  This is a very simple card to make.

Wise Men Still Adore Him

I think this is my favorite card that I made this year.  The Wise Men came from The Three Wisemen image set and I used the print and cut option, the star is from Tis the Season, the sentiment is from Winter Frolic and the squares are from George.

It is hard to believe that Christmas is less than 2 weeks away.  It will certainly be a quiet one.  Tfl.

O Christmas Tree and Double Trouble Challenge

Well, my Christmas tree is on my shirt!  I used iron-on to put this cute image on my shirt.  This image came from the Christmas Tree Magic Image Set.  Love this.  This shirt was made for a challenge over at BBTB2 and we are partnering with the Double Trouble Blog blog.  I had so much fun that I made another shirt for my friend who is another dog lover.  Both of these projects were made using my Cricut Maker.  Come and join us at both challenges.  It is going to be such fun!

This is a Christmas card that fits the challenge, also.

This card is from the Winter Woodland image set.

Coffee or Tea?

Well, I am not a coffee drinker, but I do love a cup of tea, especially a Chai Tea Latte.  Yum, it is like having dessert.  Our challenge over at BBTB2 is a coffee challenge.  I love this cupcake holder from Tea Party and the flower from the same cartridge, also.   I added the tag from Sentimentals with the saying was from Coffee Helps printed on the tag.  I am enjoying my tea on these chilly days.  Please come and join us for the challenge.

Have a Happy thanksgiving!  Tfl.

This wss a very easy card to put together.  The pumpkins are a print and cut from Photoplay Paper-Autumn, the banner is from Bits and Pieces.  I used a sketch from Mojo Monday.  This card is made for a Thanksgiving challenge over at BBTB2.

It has been a beautiful fall, so far.  I have enjoyed all the pretty fall colors.  Another part of fall means that I need to get out there and pick up the leaves.  They are falling like rain.  Hope you come and join our challenge.  Tfl.

Halloween Cards

These two cards were made for my grands this year.  The images are from Miss Kate Cuttables.  I am having a very hard time being motivated to craft.  It seems that I would rather snuggle with my doggies.  Hope you had a safe holiday and stay well.  Tfl.

Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice

I certainly love the option of print and cut, except for the ink needed in my printer.  The wording is print and cut and is from Autumn in the Woods.  I added the flower from JGoode and tied this little bow.  The JGoode flower uses your pens. That's it and it is done.

This card is for a challenge over at BBTB2.  We can't wait to see those fall cards and projects.  Come and join us!  Tfl.

Halloween, Trick ot Treat Card

Well, it certainly feels like fall around here.  The days have been absolutely beautiful.  I have enjoyed walks with my doggies.

This card is an oblong card that will fit in a large business envelope.  I got this idea from Mary at Cardztv. I love her ideas!  This card was made for a Halloween challenge over at BBTB2.  The owl is from Miss Kate Cuttables, the fence from Creepy Critters and the wording is print and cut, except the spider.  The wording is from the Wrap it Up cartridge.  Very simple card.  I have been working on some cards for my grandchildren.  Tfl.

Gerber Daisy Bouquet

We have a fun challenge over at BBTB2 and it is to make a 3d card or project.  I saw these daisies in the projects on the Cricut home page, search under 3d gerber daisies.  The stem was made by cutting a piece of green paper 2 1/2 by 11 inches and rolling diagonally.  The leaves are from the Flower Shoppe cartridge.  I had this vase already, that I had made a while ago.  I love these flowers.  Come and join the fun and link your project up with us.  Tfl.

Back to School Challenge

Hello, it is time for another challenge over at BBTB2, and it is back to school.  Two of my grands are back to school and two are doing remote learning.  I am sure it is difficult, no matter which way you are going about it.  This is a layout that I created.  The schoolhouse is from Wrap it Up, the scissors and glue are from Simply Charmed.  I just tried to put some papers together, and that is it.  Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.  Tfl.

Yummy Watermelon!

I picked this cute image from Miss Kate Cuttables for the challenge over at BBTB2.  I think I used a card sketch from Cardz tv.  I thought I would add a picture of my husband sharing watermelon with the girls.  My doggies love getting treats from him.

We had a good trip to Colorado, where our youngest son got married.  We travelled  by car.  What a long trip!  We took our doggies with us.  We had a trip to the emergency vet in the middle of the night with Sophie who had a bad case of hives.  We had beautiful weather and the time just flew by.  Tfl.

Summer Fun

Our challenge over at BBTB2 is about summer fun.  This summer,  you had to be more creative for your summer fun.  I made this layout of my son's family, who went to Michigan and had some beach fun.  The pics were so beautiful, that I had to use them for this challenge.

The title is an image from Miss Kate's Cuttables, the lighthouse from Down by the Sea and the waves are from Family Album.  Come and join the fun.  Tfl.

In the Stars!

Well, this is my project for the BBTB2 challenge for the next 2 weeks.  It's  all about the stars, three different sizes of them.  The images I used:

Star burst-Total Sports
Stars and Stripes-Independence Day
Star wheel-Family

The rest is just using the basic shapes in Design Space.  I hope everyone had a safe 4th of July.  It sure was noisy around here.  Good thing our dogs aren't terribly bothered by it.  We also had another hot day.  We spent 2 days at our camper, then came home.

Come and join the fun.  Tfl.

You Are My Sunshine!

This card was easy, peasy to put together.  It just used the label from Creative Cards and the sunshine from Miss Kate Cuttables.  And that is it.  This card is made for a challenge over at BBTB2.  The challenge is to create a project using a sunshine.

We have been getting alot of warm sunshine lately.  Along with that the mosquitos and cicadas.  You should see me dancing in the yard, trying to get the doggies to get their job done quickly.  I also had to pick a tick off of myself.  That sure gives me the heebie jeebies.  We have never had ticks in our yard before.  Hope everyone is doing well, being safe and healthy.  Come and join the fun.  Tfl.

Wedding/anniversary Challenge

Hello, this card is made for a challenge over at BBTB2 for the "wedding/anniversary theme.  I found this idea on Facebook and linked over to Design Space.  I can't remember the name of the amazing designer who made this.  Her card was for Mother's Day and I changed it to a wedding card.  This card was made for my son's wedding that was scheduled for May 4th.  It has been re-scheduled for August, hopefully.

The roses are Anna Grifffin, the title was reconfigured from Miss Kate Cuttables and Decorate/Celebrate.  The vine is from Faith over Fear, and the other flower from Pagoda.  This card used alot of images.  Hope you can join us and link up a project with us.  Tfl.

Military Challenge

I found this card idea on Pinterest and just loved it.  I am ashamed to say that I scraplifted it.    I used my Cuttlebug to emboss the card base.  The banner is from Bits and Pieces.  I also used Artbooking, Artistry and Hello USA.

It has been really hard to get into my craftroom, lately.  I have been working more lately and having alot of family issues.  It has stolen my creativity.  My furbaby gets spayed tomorrow and hoping she does well.  My furbabies are so special to me.  I bet everyone has great appreciation for their furbabies, right now more than ever.  Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.  God's blessings to you.  Tfl.

Graduation

I had such fun making this card.  It is a 4 × 6 card and it took me awhile to figure out the hinge on the owl.  I found this idea on Pinterest.  I don't have anyone who is supposed to graduate this year, so this will go in my stash.

This card was made for the challenge over at BBTB2 and of course it is to make a graduation project.  The images used:

Create a Critter 2 for the owl
Stretch Your Imagination for the rectangle frame
Felicity for the Font

And that is it.  Tfl.

Flowers...Today Belongs to You

I made this card for Mother's Day.  Mary from Cardz tv made a card similar to this and I was inspired.  I used some images from the paper that I soft-cut.  I also used one of my flower punches on the front of the card.  The flower is from Art Nouveau and the oval is from The First Few Years.  I hope my Mom will like it.

This card is made for a challenge over atBBTB2.  Come and join the fun.  Tfl.

Lets get outdoors

This is a layout made from our trip in the fall to Craggy Gardens, North Carolina.  We enjoyed the hike up to the top and the beautiful scenery once we got there.  This layout was made for the BBTB2 challenge to "Let's Get Outdoors".  I can't wait for the weather to get warm and be able to do some hiking.  Well, it looks like it will be awhile, now.  Our son's wedding had to be cancelled and it is re-scheduled to August.  Let's hope things are ok by then.

I used the Art Noveau Font for the wording and Flower Market for the Rhododendrons, which grow up on this mountain.  Tfl.

Spring Equinox

We are partnering with the Double Trouble Challenge Blog for this challenge, over at BBTB2.  Our challenge is a project for Spring Equinox.  I am so excited to see spring around the corner!  We have had a couple of wonderful walks with our doggies.  Our puppy is learning to walk on the leash really well.  It helps to have a big sister.  We love our babies.  I am sitting here with both of them on my lap. (Doggy heaven)

This card is made using a Mojo Monday sketch.  The lilacs are from Flower Market, the tag from George, the butterfly and the doily from Artiste.  Tfl.

Anything But a Card Challenge

I was on a roll making some t shirts.  I made this one for my daughter in law.  She likes crafty things, too.  Too bad I can't get her into Cricuting!  I love the glitter iron on, on this t shirt.  It was lots of fun to make.  I used my easy press to make this shirt after cutting the image out of vinyl with my Cricut Explore Air 2.  The Image came from Strong as a Mother cartridge.  Tfl.

New Baby Card

I used my Silhouette Cameo to create this baby shower card for a friend.  I added a little lace to the bottom and made the bow a little larger.  I love making baby cards.

We are expecting alot of snow tomorrow.  Oh, I hope they are wrong.  We haven't gotten rid of the last snow.  We had a gorgeous weekend and were able to take the doggies for a walk.  (One of my favorite things to do)  Our puppy, Tessa did a good job keeping up.  I keep telling myself that spring will be here soon!  Tfl.

For the Men in our Lives

These cards are for a challenge over at BBTB2 blog, " for the men in our lives".  I have two men's birthdays to celebrate this month, so here are my birthday cards.  One for my brother in law and the lower one for my son.  The card above used the vintage car from Wrap it Up, the banner from Anna's Window Ledge cart, and the star from Celebrations.  The label behind the car is a print then cut from Label this.

The card on the bottom is easy peasyl.  The card base is from Father's Day and the skier is from Dude.  My son loves to ski and the reason he moved to Colorado.  Wish I could move the mountains here, so I could see him more often.  I am glad that I got these cards done ahead of time, because of my husband needing emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix.   Thank goodness he is on the road to recovery.  Tfl.

Trying Something New

Our challenge over at BBTB2 is to do something new.  I have seen so many people making the iron on vinyl tee shirts.  I thought that I would try it.  I did wreck 2 shirts and also went out and got an easy press.  That worked much better than my old iron.  I changed up the dog image and put a Boston Terrier in that spot.  I still have alot to learn. Tfl.
